Strategies used by these communities to cope with climate change and climate variability are presented as expressed by the communities. The chapter discusses livelihoods constraints experienced by farmer communities in their endeavours to cope with climate change. Communities’ assessment of sustainability and impacts of government intervention programmes and policies to mediate impacts of climate are highlighted.
